A passion from the beginning
Sorial Icons grew from a passion for sacred art that began at the age of twelve. What started as a young artist’s fascination with the beauty and meaning of Coptic iconography gradually became a calling to create work that brings faith, tradition, and prayer into everyday life.
Each icon is painted entirely by hand in the Coptic tradition, with bold lines, warm earth tones, and halos of gold leaf. Every piece is approached with patience and close attention to detail, then signed and dated as a lasting work of devotion.
Today, Sorial Icons remains a small, artist-led studio devoted to creating meaningful icons for homes and gifts marking life’s holy moments.

Are the icons painted by hand?
Yes. Every Sorial Icons piece is painted by hand, not printed. Each one takes care, patience, and attention to detail.
Can I request a saint who isn't in the gallery?
Absolutely. Tell me which saint or scene you have in mind in the commission form, and we can discuss the design.
How long does a commission take?
Most commissions take around 2–3 weeks to paint. The timing may vary with the size, detail, and current orders. I'll give you an estimate before we begin.
What sizes are available?
The commission form lists several sizes, from 4 × 6 inches to 20 × 25 inches, plus a custom-size option. Some detailed designs work better at larger sizes.
How much does a custom icon cost?
Prices depend on the size and complexity of the icon. Send a commission request and I'll reply with a quote before you commit.
Do you ship icons?
Shipping can be discussed when you request your icon. Include your location so I can confirm the available options and cost.
